Sales Focused Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. Working within a small team and reporting to the Group Sales Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing a high quality of customer service (via face to face, phone or email), sales support and sales administration.
To be successful for this role you will require a can do and professional attitude; enjoy working within a team environment; have the ability to work unsupervised; be task focused; hold a current drivers licence and have own car and have a good understanding of the MS Office suite.
Prior experience in a Customer Service position with a sales focus is essential.
The role also involves a rostered rotation of Saturday work.
Accounts Clerk
Casual Position – 2 days per week

We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Clerk to join our team. Working within a small team and reporting to the Financial Controller, the Accounts Clerk is responsible for invoicing, completing reconciliation statements, data entry and account administration.
To be successful in this role you must have previous experience as an Accounts Clerk in a small to medium organization and be able to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple priorities. A good understanding of the MS Office suite as well as experience using Great Plains or Accounting System is also essential.
